Charleston police arrest man suspected of cellphone theft

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department has arrested a man suspected of stealing a cellphone from a convenience store in downtown Charleston.
Authorities arrested 36-year-old Sikes Williams at 12:45 on Thursday. Williams is charged with petit larceny.
CPD officials say the incident happened at Martha's Quick Stop on King Street on Feb. 6.
