Charleston County Sheriff's Office searching for missing James Island man

CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston County Sheriff's Office is looking for a 48-year-old man who has been reported missing.

Deputies are searching for Alison Vance White of James Island who was last seen on March 23 when he spoke to his wife at her job at 5 p.m.

Authorities say White was last seen wearing a white and blue striped pull over sweater, jeans and a Clemson ball cap.

Investigators describe White as 6'1", 210 pounds and having brown hair and blue eyes.

According to CCSO officials, White has a 2010 blue and tan Ford F-150 with tags GQJ558.

The family is concerned about his well-being.
