Charleston police investigating report of shots fired in West Ashley

WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department is investigating a report of shots fired in West Ashley Monday night.
According to police, the incident is in the area of Otis Avenue off of Ashley River Road.
Motorists reported crime scene technicians at the scene as well as a vehicle in a ditch; according to investigators on the scene the vehicle appears to have no relation to the shots fired investigation.
