Man okay after car flips over in downtown Charleston

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A man is doing fine after his car flipped over in downtown Charleston late Monday night.
The accident happened around 11:52 p.m. in the area of Cannon Street and Rutledge Avenue.
Witnesses say motorists and nearby residents went to assist after they saw the car flip over.
The Charleston Fire Department and police department responded to the scene and rescued the man. Witnesses reported that he was okay.
