Charleston Co. School District approves 2016 budget

CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston County School district has approved its 2016 budget.
The budget includes a 1.5% cost of living increase for all employees, plus state mandated increases for teachers.
It also includes money to help build its bus fleet.
