Police investigating shooting at North Charleston night club

NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) - Police are investigating a night club shooting that happened early Saturday morning. Officials say potential witnesses have told them multiple versions of what could have happened.

A representative with the North Charleston Police Department says officers were called to Bossez night club in North Charleston on Saint Johns Avenue just before 1:30 a.m.

Police say they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds.

In one version of what happened, police were told an unknown person was walking by Bossez when he started shooting at a man who had just left the club.

Another possible witness told police the suspect was in a vehicle parked next to the victim, opened fire and drove off.

The victim was taken to MUSC with serious injuries.
