DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The Dorchester District 2 school board approved the final presentation on attendance lines for the new schools set to open next year.

After a series of public meetings allowing parents to comment and learn more, the district said the re-drawing of the lines was necessary to fit the new schools locations.

The district held six public meetings to allow parents to learn about, and comment on proposed changes.
