N. Charleston authorities searching for runaway teenager

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - North Charleston authorities are searching for a runaway teenager.
Police are looking for 15-year-old Luther Smith who family members say was last seen on Dec. 16.
Smith is described as a black male, 6-feet tall and 127 pounds.
