Cops: Drunk man arrested after playing with gun at Summerville restaurant

SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - Police say a 26-year-old man is behind bars after he was playing with a gun at a Summerville restaurant.
The Summerville Police Department arrested Eric Aguilar Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say the incident happened at Tijuana Flats after officers received a report of a drunk man armed with a gun.
According to police, Aguilar was playing with a gun under his table.
He was arrested without incident and locked up at the Berkeley County jail.
Customers said they saw several police officers respond to the incident with their guns drawn.
