CCSO seeks public's help naming new bloodhound

CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston County Sheriff's office needs you to lend a helping hand... or paw.

The agency has a new bloodhound and wants the public's help naming it.

Officials say the six-month-old is set to begin training as their new Search and Rescue K9.

Once he's trained, his job will involve assisting in searches for missing people and serving as an ambassador at community events and schools.
