Deputies: 4 wounded in N. Charleston weekend nightclub shooting
NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Police are investigating after a Saturday morning shooting outside a North Charleston nightclub left four people wounded.
The shooting was reported at the parking lot of a club in the 3600 block of Ashley Phosphate Road shortly before 1:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office. The shooting followed a fight that had occurred inside, Capt. Tony Phinney said.
Deputies say witnesses described "hundreds" of people in the parking lot at the time of the shooting, but four were wounded.
Of those four, two suffered serious injuries and two were treated and released, Phinney said. All four are expected to recover.
Authorities have not yet identified a suspect in the shooting.
