Police investigating after Dollar Tree store robbed
Charleston Police are responding to a four-car crash in West Ashley.

NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) - North Charleston police are investigating after a Dollar Tree store was robbed.

Shortly before 11 p.m. officers responded to the Dollar Tree at Center Pointe, near Tanger Outlets, in reference to men robbing store employees at gunpoint, police say.

Employees were exiting the store after closing when three suspects forced them back inside at gunpoint, according to police.

Police say the suspects forced employees into the office and made off with an undetermined amount of money.

The suspects fled the store in an unknown direction.
