Run Charlie Run 5K Race

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - If you missed the Cooper River Bridge run last month, there's another Fun Run coming up the whole family will enjoy.

It's the Run, Charlie, Run 5K race and it starts at The Joe, Joe Riley Stadium, at 4 p.m. on May 19th.

It's named after Charlie the Riverdog, the mascot for the team.

Registration is 30 dollars until May 17th. After that, it goes up to 35 dollars. The ticket price includes a ticket to the Riverdogs' game that night, a baseball cap and a meal and drinks after the Run. The run benefits the MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital.
