Police: N. Charleston prostitution sting yields 9 arrests

NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) - A prostitution sting in North Charleston Wednesday resulted in multiple arrests.
Officers focused their efforts in the areas of Rivers Avenue, Remount Road, Ten Mile and the Chicora Cherokee communities according to North Charleston police spokesman Spencer Pryor.
During the operation, officers made eight arrests for prostitution and one traffic violation/ probation and parole warrant arrest, Pryor said.
Christina Dahlman, Darlene Barbee, April Dawn West, Karen Lee Slaughter, Tafney Brown, Elizabeth Bevis, Leslie Bolton and Tiffany Archie have all been charged with prostitution. Kimberly Randolph was charged with driving with a suspended license and had a warrant out from the Department of Probation and Parole.
