CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A Mount Pleasant woman is thanking the strangers who gifted her with many acts of kindness, including new tires for her car.

While driving in Mount Pleasant last week, Lyubov Koroteyeva suffered an asthma attack.

Someone stopped and helped her to the emergency room.

Following her hospital visit, a group of women offered to take Koroteyeva back to her car. Upon her return, Koroteyeva noticed a flat tire on her car.

"I asked God to send me somebody," she recalled.

Two people stopped separately to help, including one man who called AAA for Koroteyeva.

A spare tire was set into place, and Koroteyeva was able to drive home safely. The following day, the man who called AAA, also dialed into her work.

"My boss told me he had the great news for me," Koroteyeva said. "He told me that somebody named David is going to buy you four brand new tires. I thought it was a joke."

Koroteyeva only needed two new tires, and they were both paid for by the man who stopped to help her. Koroteyeva only knows him by his first name, David.

"I want to tell you, 'thank you so much for what you have done for me'," she said.
