COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCSC) — South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson has announced that a Summerville man has been arrested for multiple charges related to sexual exploitation of a minor.
Terrell Lee Claggion, 23, was arrested on Dec. 9 and is charged with three counts of criminal solicitation of a minor, a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years in prison on each count, two counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, a felony offense punishable by up to 20 years in prison on each count, and one count of dissemination of obscene material to a person under the age of 12, a felony offense punishable by up to 15 years in prison, according to the attorney general’s office.
