Police find runaway West Ashley teen

WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department has found a runaway teenager who was reported missing by her family.
Police spokesman Charles Francis said Wednesday 15-year-old Ciara Vennings, of West Ashley, had been found safe.
Jennings had been reported missing last week.
